Account & Data Deletion

Request permanent deletion of your FR Solution account and associated personal data.

Before you begin

Uninstalling FR Solution does not delete your account. Submit a deletion request using the steps below.

How to request account deletion

  1. Email your request. Send an email from the address registered to your FR Solution account to frinnovation.app@gmail.com with the subject FR Solution Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include the required details. State your full name, registered email address, and organization name if applicable. Never send your password.
  3. Complete verification. FR Innovation may contact you to verify ownership of the account and protect it from unauthorized deletion requests.
  4. Receive confirmation. After verification, we will confirm the request and generally complete deletion from active systems within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

Once the request is verified and approved, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated solely with your account, including:

  • Your authentication account and login credentials.
  • Your personal profile and contact information.
  • Your organization memberships and account-specific settings.
  • Your notification tokens and preferences.
  • Private content linked solely to your account, subject to the retention exceptions below.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained where necessary for system integrity, organizational records, security, or legal obligations:

  • Shared organizational records such as tasks, survey records, marketplace orders, and governance or audit records may be retained under the organization's control. Your identity may be removed or de-identified where appropriate.
  • Records required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.
  • A minimal record of the deletion request and its completion.
  • Residual encrypted backup copies for up to 90 days until they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.

Retained information is limited to the relevant purpose and protected under our Privacy Policy.

Organization-managed accounts

If your account is managed by a school, employer, association, or another organization, its administrator may control the workspace and shared records. We may coordinate your request with that administrator where necessary.

Request deletion of specific data

You may request deletion or correction of specific personal data without deleting your account. Email frinnovation.app@gmail.com with the subject FR Solution Data Deletion Request and describe the relevant data. Requests are assessed under applicable law and organizational obligations.
