Privacy Policy

Effective date: 17 July 2026  •  Last updated: 17 July 2026

FR Innovation (“FR Innovation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”), including FR Solution. It also explains the choices and rights available to you.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you use an account managed by an organization, that organization may control your account and its data; its own privacy practices may also apply.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account details, such as name, email address, phone number, username, profile information, organization, unit, role, and authentication information.
  • Content you create or submit, such as tasks, survey responses, marketplace information, files, comments, messages, governance records, and support enquiries.
  • Communications with us, including feedback and customer-support correspondence.
  • Transaction or subscription information where a paid feature is offered. Payment-card details may be processed directly by an authorized payment provider and not stored by us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and technical data, such as device type, operating system, app version, browser, language, IP address, mobile network, and device identifiers.
  • Usage and diagnostic data, such as features used, pages viewed, timestamps, crash reports, performance data, and referring pages.
  • Notification tokens and preferences when push notifications are enabled.

Device permissions

Depending on the features you choose, an application may request access to notifications, camera, photos/media/files, or location. Access occurs only after permission is granted through your device. Permissions can be changed in device settings. We use permission-accessed information only to provide the relevant feature—for example, attaching a photo, scanning content, uploading a file, or delivering notifications. The precise permissions requested may vary by product and version.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and personalize the Services.
  • Create and administer accounts and organization workspaces.
  • Enable product functions including organization and task management, surveys, marketplace features, analytics, notifications, and multi-unit governance.
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud, enforce policies, and investigate abuse or security incidents.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate service, security, and administrative notices.
  • Analyze performance and usage, troubleshoot problems, and improve the Services.
  • Comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and property of users, FR Innovation, and others.
  • Send marketing communications where permitted and with any consent required by law. You may opt out at any time.

3. Legal Bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Services, comply with legal obligations, protect vital interests, or based on consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Your organization and authorized users: Workspace administrators and other permitted members may view or manage information according to their roles.
  • Service providers: Vendors that support hosting, data storage, analytics, communications, customer support, security, crash reporting, and payments. They may process information only under our instructions and appropriate safeguards.
  • Business transfers: Parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
  • Legal and safety purposes: Authorities or others when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforce terms, detect fraud, or protect rights and safety.
  • With your direction or consent: Third parties you choose to connect with or otherwise authorize.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Android distribution through Google Play is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices. We encourage you to review third-party policies before providing information.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, organizational instructions, and legal requirements. After an approved deletion request, data is deleted or de-identified from active systems within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days, while encrypted backups may retain residual copies for up to 90 days before routine overwrite. Certain records may be retained longer where required by law, necessary for fraud prevention or security, or needed to establish or defend legal claims.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and secure transmission where appropriate. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may update certain account details in the Services, adjust device permissions and notifications in device settings, and opt out of promotional email using its unsubscribe method.

To exercise a right, email frinnovation.app@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. If an organization controls your account, we may direct your request to its administrator. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion without reinstalling an app by following our Account Deletion instructions. Deleting an app from your device does not by itself delete your account. Deletion may affect organization records shared with other authorized users; some records may be retained or de-identified as described above.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. Where a product is used by a school, Tahfiz institution, parent, or guardian for younger users, the responsible organization or adult must provide any required notice and consent and use the Service in accordance with applicable law. If you believe a child’s information was collected improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards intended to protect transferred information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised Policy.
